These Terms govern your use of DevStampBook (the “App”), a mobile + web application operated by Héctor Veitia. By creating an account or using the App, you accept these Terms.
1. Who can use the App
The App is intended for individuals 16+ interested in the mobile dev community. You are responsible for your account security and any activity under it.
2. Your account
To use most features you need to register with a valid email. The data you provide must be accurate and you keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse.
3. What the App does
- Collect “stamps” for the events you attend.
- Connect with other community members via QR.
- Upload event photos with category tags and notes.
- Unlock achievements tied to your participation.
4. Content you upload
The photos, notes and connections you upload belong to you. By uploading them you grant us a limited, revocable license to store and display them within the App. You can delete them anytime from your passport.
5. Expected conduct
Treat the community with respect. Do not upload offensive or unlawful content, nor content infringing third-party rights. No spam, scraping or impersonation.
6. Intellectual property
The DevStampBook trademark, logos and App design belong to Héctor Veitia. Content you create remains yours.
7. Suspension / termination
We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime from your profile; we then remove your personal data per the Privacy Policy.
8. No warranties
The App is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it available and secure but we don’t guarantee it is error-free, uninterrupted, or free from data loss.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we’ll notify you in-app. The current version is always at this URL.
10. Governing law
These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable across LATAM countries. Disputes are resolved in good faith first.
