Proposal for organizers
Your attendees take the event home in their pocket. You take the numbers.
A digital passport where every dev collects your event's stamp, connects with others by QR and unlocks achievements. For your community it is a game. For you it is the first real measurement of what happened on the floor.
How it works at your event
- 01
They install the app
Free, on iOS and Android, in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
- 02
They get the stamp
An operator scans their passport at the booth. It counts as verified presence, not self-declared.
- 03
They connect with each other
QR networking, attributed to your event. Plus raffles among the people who actually showed up.
Proven at Flutter Conf Latam, Cancún 2026
We ran a booth stamping passports live. These are that day's figures, exactly as the panel returns them:
- verified stamps
- 100%
- QR connections
- 7
- countries
- 5
- peak hour
- 10:00
It was a short pilot: 10 passports stamped in one day. The number is small and we say so upfront. What it proves is not volume, it is that the whole chain works: presence verified one by one, connections attributed to the event, where attendees came from and the booth's exact hourly curve. Nobody has that data today.
What you get
- A panel with your event's metrics: verified attendees, peak hours, countries and cities, connections.
- Measurable material for your own sponsor round: you can tell them how many real people walked past a booth, with auditable numbers.
- An activity for your attendees that costs you no production and no logistics.
- Your edition stays forever in the passport of every dev who attended.
What I need from you
- Your next event, with a date.
- A small space to stamp: one table is enough, and I bring the table.
- A mention of the app in your comms to attendees.
No cost, no exclusivity and no touching your registration system. If it does not work, you do not use it again.
The next step
Tell me the date of your next event and we will set up a fifteen-minute call. If it fits, we run it.
